Here are some tips to solve Snagit 13 common installation questions. Try these steps:
1)
Make sure you are set as administrator for your computer. If you can’t
please ask it-support for help as you need admin privileges to install
Snagit 13.
2) If you are on Windows 7, make sure you are at least on Service pack 1. Newer OS has no problems, but Win7 needs the first service pack. Snagit 13 is fully compatible with Microsoft Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 SP1 (32-bit and 64-bit), or Windows Server 2012 R2.
3) Make sure Snagit 12 is not running when installing.
